As a mom of three kids I am passionate about online fitness training and post-partum recovery. I want you to feel strong and capable after child birth. Nothing feels better than being able to keep up with your kids, take that hike, join that group class or go running with your dog. All while feeling strong and healthy, both physically and mentally.
I have taught group fitness for 10 years, completed my personal training certificate in 2018 and received a certificate in nutrition and weight loss through CanFitPro. I truly enjoy teaching a packed group class and thrive on the personal interactions of working one-on-one to help you achieve your goals.
